After the cut glass is delivered to the system, the lifting process can be performed with maximum cycle and speed automatically. Based on a vertical structure, special belts break the front and rear of the glass sheets and lift the glass. The lifting head can freely rotate 360° to lift all sides of the glass sheets. The machine is equipped with an automatic measuring system for the length, height and thickness of the glass sheet with waterproof servo motors. Water is used to cool and clean the output belts. Additional spray nozzles remove glass powder residues from the glass sheet and reduce the displacement of these particles to the downstream systems.
