Mixed Bell Pepper

The blend of four colorful peppers brings a strong and exotic flavor. Three of them come from the same fruit, but the processing methods are different. Black pepper is harvested when the fruits are almost ready for picking. After that, they are roasted and dried until they turn black. In the case of white pepper, the outer shell is removed before it is dried during the cleaning process. Green pepper is picked when the fruits are young and also undergoes the drying process. The last pepper in the blend is pink pepper, which is actually the berry of a Peruvian pepper tree and is grown in South America.
