The stack oven is a special design of the chamber oven. The space-saving vertically constructed oven housing, which provides access to the usable space through a door on one side and positions the products to be treated one above the other via an integrated vertical conveyor system, consists of a solid insulated steel sheet and profile frame construction. By means of a precisely controlled vertical and horizontal airflow with preheated air at the exact temperature, an extremely uniform temperature distribution is achieved within the oven interior. The products to be treated are thus heated homogeneously and can be precisely adjusted according to the complexity of the process with customer- and product-specific heating or cooling ramps regarding the required product properties.
