Château La Rose Sarron

Commentary The winemaking history of this estate, dating back to the 19th century, begins in 1985 when the estate was purchased by Vignobles Roland Belloc and completely replanted. The diversity of its terroir (gravel with large pebbles and clay soils for red wines, siliceous gravel for whites) allows for the production of an excellent quality red wine and a white wine of great elegance. Since then, the work of Roland Belloc and then Philippe Rochet, along with numerous investments, has enabled the provision of modern equipment that promotes efficient organization and ensures quality monitoring. Tasting Deep garnet color with brick reflections. Expressive nose with aromas of stewed fruits, black and red fruits, vanilla, cocoa, and roasted coffee. Complex, generous, and ample palate with notes of spices, coffee, and mocha, velvety tannins, structured body, and long persistence. Grapes: Merlot (45%), Cabernet Sauvignon (45%), Cabernet Franc (5%), Petit Verdot (5%) Producer: Rochet Family in Saint-Pierre-de-Mons (33210) Formats and packaging: Half bottle (37.5cl) - Carton of 12
